USA - Eastern State Penitentiary

This was the most unexpected place in the whole 5 weeks long USA road trip. We were driving through Philly, I was reading Lonely Planet about it and it mentioned a cool prison that looks like an old castle from the outside. It sounded interesting, but I never expected to love it so much. The photos speak for themselves.

Primorska

A few snapshots from villages around Primorska region in Slovenia. These ruins are the ruins of Roman water tower. The tower provided the water for a Roman fort on the top of the hill - not much is left, just a few walls at the edge of the cliffs.

I love these two photos from NYC. This brings back so many memories. I wish I would be able to just go again soon but I have to do some more work on my PhD first.

Dol pri Ljubljani - Abandoned Manor House

This is probably my favorite place. Its one of the reasons why I love my new home so much (these ruins are really close). The ruins are currently undergoing renovation. The work started 2 years ago but very little has been done until now. I will be sad to see this place changed.

Sorry for so many photos of me, its just we have done some photo shoots there and I don't have better photos showing just the ruins.
